Strategic People Partner

About the Role:

  • Lead all aspects of People and Culture operations, encompassing Enterprise Agreement negotiations, Industrial Relations/Employment Relations frameworks, performance assessments, employee engagement surveys, and regulatory compliance.
  • Mentor and guide leaders to build high-performing teams, resolve workforce challenges, and drive organisational goals through inclusive leadership practices.
  • Cultivate a culture of open communication by engaging with staff through site visits, health check surveys, and feedback sessions.
  • Develop, manage, and implement workforce planning strategies, leadership programs, and cultural transformation initiatives.
