• Medication administration • Monitor, assess, record and report symptoms or changes in patient's situation • Maintain accurate patient records • Assist patients with daily living such as meals, mobility and hygiene • Wound care and management • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care plan • Great communication skills, customer service & resident relation skills • Ability to work well independently and autonomously • Commitment and Passion to quality patient care

**Required Qualifications and Certifications**

• Current Medication Competency Record
• Certificate IV in Individual Support or relevant qualification
• Working rights in Australia
• Current Criminal Record Check
• Complete Immunisation history
