About the Role
We are seeking a new Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our Corporate Advisory team at Victoria University on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to gain exceptional experience playing a pivotal role in the growth of our Corporate Advisory practice, advising on a range of private equity and M&A matters and providing expert legal advice and guidance to several leading domestic and international private equity funds and corporations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting partner Grant Koch in his market-leading practice
- Working closely with clients to provide expert legal advice and guidance
- Advising on private equity and M&A matters
- Providing exceptional experience and training in client relations and technical legal matters
Requirements
- Between 6-9 years' experience in a reputable corporate transaction practice
- Driven and keen to learn and build their career
- Ability to work with high-quality domestic and international clients on market-leading transactions
