About the Role:

We are seeking passionate professionals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants on a casual basis. As part of a dedicated unit, you will be responsible for assisting with personal care, supporting daily tasks, working with healthcare staff, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care such as bathing and dressing
  • Support with daily tasks such as mealtime assistance and social engagement
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure care and medication plans are implemented
  • Maintain accurate documentation and work as part of a team to ensure residents' health and wellbeing are optimised
  • Deliver exceptional service to families and the community

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to seniors
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
  • Covid vaccinations
  • NDIS check or willingness to obtain
