About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Health & Safety Manager to drive our safety culture and ensure a safe working environment for our teams. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures
- Conducting regular site audits and inspections
- Providing training and guidance to site teams on safety protocols
- Investigating incidents and near-misses
- Collaborating with contractors and stakeholders to ensure a safe working environment
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in a Health & Safety Manager position
- Proven track record of driving safety culture and improving safety outcomes
- Diploma of WHS or higher
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
