Service Design Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Service Design Lead to spearhead our service design efforts. This role involves leading cross-functional teams and designing end-to-end member experiences that are seamless, integrated, and future-ready.

About You

  • You possess a relevant education in human-centred disciplines such as UX design, Service design, Customer Experience design, or design thinking.
  • You have proven expertise in customer experience and behaviour research, with a focus on developing complex service experiences and leading customer-centric projects.
  • You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex research and deliver actionable insights that inform service improvements.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end service design initiatives across multiple business lines, ensuring services meet member needs while balancing commercial and operational impact.
  • Identify and prioritise experience opportunities by applying systems thinking, service mapping, and design frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate service experiences into deliverable features.
  • Drive capability building within the team by providing proactive feedback and coaching service designers.
