Ict Support Officer

  • Provide technical support to clients using information systems, computing and telecommunications equipment.
  • Help manage the deployment, configuration and security of desktop and mobile computing devices and peripheral devices.
  • Assist with the management and administration of IT systems including help desk, setting up user accounts and system access levels, installing and configuring hardware and software.

Essential Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Information Technology and/or at least two years' experience in a similar IT support role.
  • A current class 'C' driver's licence.
