Job Opportunity:

Location Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Melton Branch and contribute to a supportive, fast-paced, and rewarding work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate your team to achieve outstanding results
  • Effectively manage fleet availability, rostering, and branch operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service skills and greet customers with a smile
  • Deliver top-notch customer service communications and resolve customer queries efficiently
  • Drive sales growth and promote Avis Budget products and services
  • Ensure business plans and branch targets are consistently met
  • Oversee staff training, compliance, and workplace safety
  • Handle administrative and office management tasks with precision
  • Be flexible in working in and outside the office cleaning vehicles if required
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Motivated by targets and able to thrive under pressure
  • Clear communicator with great presentation skills
  • Internal experience highly preferred
  • Previous experience in car rental, automotive, transport, or sales management highly regarded
  • Current driver's license is essential
