As a Senior Supervisor - Mechanical, you will oversee mechanical construction activities during installation and commissioning phases of the project.

  • Coordinate daily site-based mechanical construction tasks
  • Ensure compliance with integrated management systems and project execution plans
  • Maintain strict health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide leadership to mechanical subcontractors and teams on-site
  • Collaborate closely with project engineers and planners to align site works with project milestones

You will be responsible for delivering mechanical works safely, efficiently, and to specification—while contributing to the future of renewable energy in Australia.

About You:

  • Trade-qualified or degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in mechanical supervision on major infrastructure or hydro projects
  • In-depth knowledge of health, safety, quality, and project controls in multidisciplinary environments
  • Strong technical literacy—able to interpret construction drawings
  • Solid understanding of integrated management systems and construction standards
