The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Associate to join our team at our Longines boutique in Edward Street. As a key member of our sales team, you will support boutique management to ensure seamless operations and maintain high standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the management team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Ensuring personal and store sales targets are met, while upholding the highest level of customer service.
  • Opening and closing the boutique unsupervised when required, while adhering to company policies and presentation standards.
  • Performing daily security stock counts and maintaining a well-organized store environment.
  • Developing and implementing effective merchandising strategies, including setting up and tearing down displays, and rotating stock.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Attending regular training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and being able to answer customer inquiries.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated retail experience, preferably in the luxury industry.
  • Exposure to supervision experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Computer literacy skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
