Advanced Rehabilitation Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Rehabilitation Therapist to join our rehabilitation team for people aged 18 – 64 years with an acquired brain injury (ABI) on a permanent full-time basis.

This role represents a senior therapist in the profession of Physiotherapy. In addition to the expectations outlined in the job description, this position is responsible for providing expertise and recommendations relating to PT interventions in response to the service requirements of a facility or service. The successful candidate will mentor, supervise and coordinate other Physiotherapists or a therapy team to ensure a quality Allied Health service.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Registered as a Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Extensive experience providing physiotherapy services and providing clinical leadership, as well as supervising a health team to support clients who have complex health issues.
• Proven ability to assess, plan, implement and successfully evaluate client care in consultation with a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills that build effective leadership, develops inclusive teamwork and establishes successful working relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks, work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines and use resources effectively, safely and efficiently.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $110,000-$130,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
