**Nutrition Specialist - Varied Caseload**
We are seeking a highly motivated Nutrition Specialist to join our dynamic team on an ongoing basis. This part-time role offers a unique opportunity for a nutrition professional to work with diverse clients and develop tailored care plans.
You will:
- Assess nutritional needs, diet restrictions, and current health status of clients from various backgrounds and age groups.
- Develop comprehensive nutritional care plans to address medical conditions such as diabetes, food allergies, gastrointestinal disorders, hypertension, etc.
- Provide consultations and nutrition education to individuals and groups on therapeutic diets, nutrition monitoring, lifestyle changes, and healthy eating habits.
- Closely collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate nutritional interventions as part of overall treatment plans.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics.
- Registration with the relevant professional association.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a coordinated healthcare team.
