Job Overview
  • Manage key relationships with SME customers in the Brisbane market.
  • Present cutting-edge solutions to stimulate portfolio expansion and new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a strategic approach to engage targeted customers and cultivate a thriving portfolio.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive state strategy aligned with the overall state plan.
  • Collaborate with the Queensland State Manager to formulate and execute key account strategies, negotiating mutually beneficial deals.
  • Regularly assess performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to optimize results.
  • Collect and coordinate market insights on competitors to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide actionable insights to influence state-wide initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven understanding of the real estate / B2B industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing critical client relationships.
  • Ability to balance commercial objectives for both parties involved.
  • Skilled in creative problem-solving and innovative thinking.
  • Track record of driving change through innovative ideas and a proactive mindset.
