About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Melrose Park. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning experiences of our children and contributing to their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Work collaboratively with our Senior Educators and Educational Leader to ensure a cohesive and inclusive learning environment
  • Provide exceptional care and support to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our centre's policies and procedures

Requirements
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
