GLG is a leading provider of expert research and insights to the financial industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate to join our Australia and New Zealand Public Equity team in Sydney.

**Job Summary**

The Senior Associate will work closely with our clients, who are leading investment professionals across Australia and New Zealand, to understand their research needs and provide them with high-quality insights and expertise.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Client Engagement**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their research needs and providing them with tailored solutions.
  • **Research Execution**: Execute time-sensitive research projects for our clients, analyzing their requests and building and qualifying primary populations of topic experts.
  • **Event Programming**: Assist in the programming of live and virtual meetings, organizing and hosting small group conversations between GLG Network Members and GLG clients.
  • **Business Development**: Collaborate with our Sales and Business Development team to grow revenue and ensure the retention of existing accounts.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • **Bachelor's degree, or higher**
  • **1-4 years in a customer success, client services, account management, or other client-facing role**
  • **Curiosity about the financial markets, including trends and white spaces**
  • **Passion for problem-solving in a client service role**
  • **Ability to write, speak, and present succinctly to drive client engagement**
  • **Demonstrated commercial acumen and interest**
  • **Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail**
