As an Interior Consultant, you'll be integral to our team, driving sales growth and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to in-home measure & quote consultations, consulting with customers on their product needs and quoting on site.
  • Guide customers through the sales process, offering expert advice and product knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our installation team to ensure a smooth and efficient installation process for our customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to better serve our customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the home décor or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license (full license).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
  • Enabling positivity in tougher customer conversations.
  • Passion for interior design.
