**Job Title:** Village Manager

Our company is seeking an experienced Village Manager to work on a casual FIFO basis. As a Village Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the mining village, ensuring that all facilities are maintained to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar managerial role, managing remote accommodation facilities and services. You will also have strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of staff.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity">

  • Implement and maintain health and safety policies and procedures">
