Site Leadership Role

About the Position

There is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to assume the role of Site Supervisor, leading the construction team and overseeing daily operations.

  • Contribute to site logistics planning, ensuring effective management of resources and personnel.
  • Oversee subcontractor work to guarantee timely completion of tasks according to scope and program.
  • Review safe work method statements from subcontractors prior to commencing work on site.
  • Perform regular inspections of subcontractor work to verify conformance with specifications and drawings.
  • Coordinate storage of company assets and materials.
  • Maintain comprehensive understanding of project requirements, including trade contractor/shop drawings.
  • Collaborate with the Project Coordinator to implement and monitor quality assurance plans throughout the project duration.
  • Assist in project management by continuously reviewing construction methods and site performance, coordinating trade contractors against planned activities.
  • Ensure adherence to job safety and environmental standards, promoting awareness among employees and subcontractors.
About You

  • A background in a related trade or field.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills to promote the company's vision and brand.
  • The ability to maintain self and team focus under high pressure and demanding circumstances.
  • Willingness to maintain and expand knowledge of industry issues, including WHS, IR, QA, and environmental matters.
  • A strong commitment to organisational values of safety and care, honesty and integrity, customer focus, teamwork, and performance excellence.
  • Passion for delivering design and building excellence.
  • Eligibility as a permanent Australian resident.
