Experienced Lawyer Opportunity in Banking & Finance

We are seeking skilled lawyers to join our leading team in Melbourne, advising on complex matters including debt capital markets, securitisation and corporate finance transactions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in a Commonwealth jurisdiction, with a focus on debt capital markets, securitisation and structured products and/or corporate finance.
