Transaction Diligence Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Diligence Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our clients and helping them succeed.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to work with some of the world's largest organizations, fastest-growing companies, and private equity firms on complex deals in the global market. You will identify key value drivers, challenge assumptions about future performance, search for and advise on hidden value, and work with other teams to deliver an integrated approach to clients before, during, and after transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in due diligence engagements related to the acquisition or disposal of businesses by private equity investors or strategic corporate buyers.
  • Analyse financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records, conducting interviews with management, preparing/evaluating pro forma financial information, and identifying issues that impact purchase price and deal structuring.
  • Project manage information flows and manage key stakeholders.
  • Write up findings and recommendations to ensure clear communication and effective decision-making.
  • Identify business development opportunities and assist Partners and Directors on proposals and new business opportunities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics.
  • Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or an international equivalent.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience in a Transaction Diligence role within a consulting environment.
  • Capability of working independently and with senior stakeholders on multiple engagements, showcasing strong project management and client relationship skills.
