Are you a junior lawyer looking to build your in-house legal career within a dynamic and highly respected global agribusiness? We have an excellent opportunity for a Legal Counsel with 1-2 years' post-admission experience to join our collaborative in-house legal team.

This role offers excellent exposure to the inner workings of a major international business and the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment. You will work closely with experienced in-house counsel and business stakeholders across a range of legal matters, providing timely, commercially sound legal advice to senior leaders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in providing timely, commercially sound legal advice to senior leaders across the business.
  • Support legal matters relating to commercial contracts, procurement, and operational projects.
  • Provide assistance with employment law issues, in collaboration with the HR team.
  • Support legal input on strategic business projects including M&A, restructures, and joint ventures.
  • Liaise with external legal advisors as required and help ensure cost-effective outcomes.
  • Build strong internal relationships and contribute to the delivery of practical, business-aligned legal solutions.

About You:

  • 1-2 years' post-admission experience, ideally in a reputable law firm or in-house legal environment.
  • Exposure to commercial, corporate, or employment law is advantageous.
  • A proactive mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of your work in a high-performing team.

Requirements
