A typical day involves working with our colleagues to provide an exceptional customer experience, advising customers on their favourite drinks and helping them find what they need.

You will work as part of a collaborative team, supporting each other to achieve great results.

About the role:

  • You will use your knowledge and skills to advise customers on their favourite drinks.
  • Work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

About you and your skills:

  • You have a passion for the liquor industry and enjoy engaging with customers.
  • You are able to work at a fast pace and are always willing to lend a hand.
  • You have excellent communication skills and are able to provide accurate information.
  • You are physically fit and able to lift up to 17kg.
  • You hold a current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification.

Please note that an RSA certificate is a legal requirement for employment selling liquor in Australia.
