About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled retail leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing store team, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies that drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as inventory management, merchandising, and visual merchandising. You will also have the chance to work with a diverse range of products and services, including liquor, food, and other related offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to manage inventory, merchandise, and visual merchandising
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in a similar environment
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual merchandising
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
