Enterprise Architect

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to contribute to CDC Data Centres' ICT Strategy and deliver ICT technology initiatives as we embark on digital transformation.
The successful candidate will act as a steward and custodian for capabilities development and value realisation, responsible for improving processes, implementing systems, integrating data, and leading teams.
Critical to the effective delivery of ICT projects, the Enterprise Architect will ensure end-to-end alignment to CDC's design guidelines and solution architecture.
Key Responsibilities- Enterprise Architecture Definition and Maintenance: Define, maintain, and conformance manage the Enterprise Architecture and implement supporting processes or activities.
- Enterprise Architecture Oversight and Ownership: Oversee and own the Enterprise Architecture, including coordination, governance, and continuous evolution.
- Advisory Services: Provide advisory services to business areas, demonstrating a strong understanding of both business and technology landscapes, seeking to align strategies in both domains.
- Technology Landscape Safeguarding and Evolution: Safeguard and evolve CDC's technology landscape, ensuring it retains business relevance and continues to return value on investment.
- Enterprise Architecture Continuous Optimisation: Continuously optimise the enterprise architecture to ensure cost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Architectural Leadership: Provide architectural leadership in the resolution of architectural conflicts that may arise during ICT delivery programs, projects, or business-as-usual.
- Communication and Promotion: Communicate and promote the Enterprise Architecture and its value.
- Research and Assessment: Ongoing research and assessment of new analysis approaches for potential use within the Enterprise.
- Project Scope and Objectives Definition: Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Project Delivery Support: Support the delivery of I&S projects, throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects align to I&S strategy and comply with the enterprise architecture.
- Future State Business Operations Design: Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and map proposed future state business operations, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, boost effectiveness, and improve stakeholder experiences.
- Business Requirements Validation: Validate and document business requirements to inform technical and functional requirements and business impacts.
- Progress Communication: Support communication of progress, achievements, and timelines with stakeholders.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Work with Legal and Risk teams to ensure that all aspects of CDC's compliance landscape and external requirements are met for each project and/or proposal.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor and impart knowledge to team members and across the business.
- Leadership and Core Values: Use and continually develop leadership skills, embracing and modelling CDC's Core Values.
