About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team in Sydney. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our commercial and residential customers, ensuring their premises are pest-free and safe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough site assessments to identify pest issues and develop effective treatment plans
  • Implement pest control treatments using industry-leading equipment and techniques
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, participating in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid manual Australian driver's license
  • Experience working independently to achieve set targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Confident using a mobile phone service app/tablet
