Pest Control Technician Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Pest Control Technician to join our team at A.I.R Recruitment. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pest control services to our clients in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide pest control services to clients in a professional and efficient manner
  • Communicate pest solutions to customers to solve their pest problems
  • Manage assigned routes through product and equipment inventory, customer records, and effective communication with customers
  • Ensure enquiries and leads are actioned
  • Ensure all sites are compliant
  • Adhere to company, OHS policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Pre-construction, General Pest, and/or Termite qualified Technician
  • Ambition for career progression
  • Ability to communicate professionally
  • A problem solver
  • Trustworthy with the ability to work unsupervised
  • Positive and customer-focused attitude
  • Termite qualified with pre-construction experience
  • Current driver's license
Benefits:
  • Up to $40 per hour (neg) + opportunity for overtime (OTE $90k+)
