Job Title: Picking Operations Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and implement effective picking strategies to optimize production efficiency
- Provide support to the supervisor and team members
- Operate and maintain picking equipment, including trollies
- Prepare daily work orders and estimations in the absence of the supervisor
- Conduct stock control activities in the absence of the supervisor
- Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures for picking operations
Requirements:
- Demonstrate high enthusiasm for achieving tasks
- Exhibit patience and awareness in a diverse working environment
- Display strong planning and organizational skills
- Able to follow procedures and instructions effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Emphasize quality in all aspects of work
- Ability to distinguish between red, orange, yellow, and green
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position, 38 hours per week
- Four-day workweek, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday
