Agribusiness Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled data analyst to join our agribusiness capital markets team. The main objective of this role is to provide analytical support to increase the effectiveness and financial performance in the national market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage critical tasks, undertaking due diligence of agricultural properties to provide pricing assessments, market analysis, potential risks, and value add strategies.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and manage due diligence queries and provide fast and accurate responses.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to write and produce detailed property marketing material (Information Memorandums, Executive Summaries, Videos, Online etc.).
  • Assist in preparation of pitch documents and submissions for new business opportunities.
  • Source, collect, and collate sales evidence and prepare detailed Sales Analyses.
  • Assist in identifying and profiling major sales opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook).
  • Experience in general property industry desirable.
  • Tertiary Qualification with Valuation, Capital Transactions, or Investment Management experience.
  • Understanding of investment market dynamics.
  • Technical skills in understanding commercial property, pricing analysis, ability to describe and understand commercial property influencers.
  • Ability to write quality reports, business pursuit submissions, advertising material, and management of these processes.
