Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Human Resources team as a Strategic HR Partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Attract, select, and onboard top talent to drive business success by developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Support for Learning and Development Initiatives: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver impactful learning experiences that foster growth and development through the creation of customized training programs.
  • Implementation of Key Workplace Wellbeing Programs: Develop and implement initiatives that promote a healthy, inclusive, and supportive work environment by enhancing employee engagement and job satisfaction.
  • Maintenance of Key HR Data and Documentation: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained to inform business decisions and strategic planning through the implementation of efficient HR systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • HR Exposure or Experience: Ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR or a similar role, preferably in a medium to large business with exposure to HR operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Advanced MS Office Skills: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint is required for effective data analysis, report generation, and document management.
  • Proven Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement improvements that drive positive outcomes through critical thinking and decision-making.
  • Qualifications in HR (Desirable): Holding qualifications in HR or working towards them is highly desirable for career advancement and professional development.
