We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning Advisor to join our team. As a Financial Planning Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing strategic advice to our clients and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
  • Financial Planning: Conduct thorough financial assessments and develop comprehensive financial plans to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Investment Management: Research and recommend investment strategies to clients, ensuring alignment with their financial goals and risk tolerance.
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor and adjust client portfolios as needed to ensure optimal performance and alignment with client goals.
  • Client Communication: Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the financial planning process.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other EBR team members to ensure seamless delivery of financial planning services to clients.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree qualified in Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in financial planning, superannuation consulting, or a related field.
  • Skills: Exceptional client service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
