About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Innovation Manager to shape the future innovation pipeline for our iconic beer and cider brands.

This strategic role is focused on developing a clear, sustainable innovation roadmap that protects and grows the category in an evolving market.

  • The ideal candidate will develop and own a 12-36 month innovation pipeline aligned to business and customer needs, filling gaps where direction is undefined.
  • They will lead expansive insight work and category exploration to uncover new platforms and opportunities.
  • Collaboration with senior leadership and key customers is essential to gain support and embed innovation in the category strategy.
  • The Senior Innovation Manager will seamlessly integrate visionary strategic thinking with disciplined execution and operational excellence.
  • New product development initiatives with a focus on consumer insight, testing, and research will be led by this individual.
Key Responsibilities
