The Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager or Project Director to join our team, delivering high-quality fit out and refurbishment projects in the health sector. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for:

  • Forecasting and managing project budgets, supporting Project Managers on health projects.
  • Ensuring quality processes and delivery across all projects and project teams.
  • Successfully managing the balance of time, quality, and cost to achieve project milestones and client satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a positive impact on the delivery team, creating and maintaining an enjoyable and productive work environment.
  • Managing ongoing relationships with all parties.

Experience and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A stable track record in delivering commercial fit-out projects in the health sector for the principal contractor in Australia.
  • Experience in managing programme, schedule, and sequence trades effectively.
  • Proficiency in utilizing construction software such as Hammertech, Procore, or similar.
  • A natural ability to drive projects forward while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
  • A trade or tertiary qualification in construction.
  • Positive tenure in your work experience is highly desirable.
