About the Role

nrol is seeking a skilled Workers Compensation Lawyer to manage a diverse range of workers compensation matters, from claims to litigation. This role offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing expert legal advice to clients on their rights and options under workers compensation laws.
  2. Managing multiple files efficiently, ensuring all deadlines are met and delivering high-quality results.
  3. Collaborating with other team members and external parties to progress claims and resolve disputes, leveraging effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  4. Demonstrating empathy and providing clear, practical advice tailored to clients' individual situations, ensuring they receive fair outcomes.
Requirements
  • A valid NSW Practising Certificate.
  • 1-9 years of post-qualification experience in workers compensation law, with a sound understanding of NSW workers compensation legislation and relevant legal procedures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
