Job Title: Community Lead

This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless member experience at our location.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues alike.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Membership Engagement & Retention
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance member satisfaction and retention.
    • Conduct regular check-ins with members to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Identify opportunities to improve the member experience and implement proactive changes.
  • Move-In & Move Out
    • Coordinate pre-move-in meetings with new accounts to ensure a smooth transition.
    • Complete the New Member Orientation process for all new accounts within the building.
    • Curate welcome materials and guides to provide on move-in day.
  • Events
    • Develop and implement event programming that meets the needs and interests of our members.
    • Host weekly 'social events' to create a sense of community within the location.
