As a Leading Teacher, you will be instrumental in driving our teaching and learning practices, promoting consistency between learning areas and year levels, and supporting targeted pedagogical approaches to meet students at their point of need.
We are seeking an experienced educator who can lead the planning and implementation of high-impact teaching strategies that respond to student learning needs. The successful applicant will demonstrate exemplary ability to monitor and assess student learning and support teachers to evaluate the impact of learning and teaching programs on student learning growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of high-impact teaching strategies that respond to student learning needs
- Support teachers to evaluate the impact of learning and teaching programs on student learning growth
- Monitor and assess student learning and provide feedback to teachers
- Develop and implement targeted pedagogical approaches to meet students at their point of need
Selection Criteria:

- Ability to lead and manage the implementation of school priorities and the teaching of literacy and numeracy skills across the curriculum
- Exemplary ability to monitor and assess student learning and provide feedback to teachers
