Accounts Management Expert

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Accounts Manager to oversee the daily management of our accounts payable team. This role involves allocating work and projects, coding, entering, and paying invoices for all entities, as well as providing a contact point for accounts queries both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily management of accounts payable team;
  • Coding, entering, and paying of invoices;
  • Providing a contact point for accounts queries;
  • Preparation of weekly cash forecasts;
  • End-of-month payment planning and supplier liaison;
  • Credit card management and reconciliations;
  • Liaising with banking contacts regarding suspicious transactions;
  • Petty cash management;
  • Monitoring timely entry of invoices;
  • Ensuring invoices comply with taxation guidelines;
  • End-of-month reporting;
  • Supporting statement and statutory declaration preparation;
  • Liaising with project managers on invoice listings;
  • Bank reconciliations on an ad hoc basis;
  • Yearly taxable payments reporting;
  • Performance review and monitoring of team members.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and proficiency in financial software. Previous experience in accounts management or a related field is highly desirable.
