We are seeking Part-Time & Casual Support Workers to join our team in the North West Metro Flexible Support Services.

About the Role

You will work within customers' own homes and in the community, providing a range of community living services to assist people with disabilities to be actively involved in their local community.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day support, personal care, and personal development to our customers
  • Assisting people with disabilities to be valued, respected, and engaged in meaningful opportunities and relationships

Skills, Experience & Certificates Required

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Transferrable skills in providing care and compassion to others
  • A valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
  • Flexibility to work between the hours of 8am - 8pm and shorter shifts
  • A Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (HLTAID0011) or willingness to obtain prior to commencing
  • The ability to support others with personal care and domestic duties in a respectful way
  • The capacity to meet the physical requirements of the job that may include manual handling tasks
  • Good computer, communication, and interpersonal skills
