They will also possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders and customers.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
2. Build and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
3. Establish and track key performance metrics (KPIs) for the sales team, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
4. Analyze sales data and forecasts to inform strategic decisions, optimize resource allocation, and identify revenue opportunities.
5. Drive customer-centric initiatives to improve satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
1. Four-year college degree in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
2. Minimum 5-10 years' experience as a sales manager, sales representative or a related occupation specifically in B2B selling.
3. Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate market data into actionable sales strategies.
