We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Professional to join our team as a Reservations Supervisor.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong ability to work well under pressure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately tracking and monitoring room availability, forecasting revenue, and assisting the Reservations Manager in developing occupancy forecasts.

The ideal candidate will have a 4/5 Star Hotel background, good working knowledge of domestic wholesale companies, and experience with Front Office systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately track and monitor room availability
  • Forecast revenue and assist in developing occupancy forecasts
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives

Essential Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience in a Hotel Reservations role
  • Good understanding of Front Office systems and procedures
  • Australia Work Authorisation required

Desirable Attributes:

  • Remote resort experience
  • RoomMaster or SiteMinder exposure

Benefits:

Competitive salary negotiable up to $62,500 per year

Up to $1000 towards relocation costs reimbursed

Excellent onsite apartment with kitchen and ensuite provided

38 hour rotating roster

Schedule: 8 hour shift, rotating roster

Licence/Certification: RSA preferred
