Personal Tax Director Role

The Personal Tax Director will lead our firm's personal tax practice, driving strategy and growth, providing high-level tax advisory services, and building relationships with high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the personal tax practice, developing and executing a strategic vision for growth and expansion.
  • Provide high-level tax advisory services to high-net-worth individuals, navigating complex tax laws and regulations.
  • Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals, acting as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional client service.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to influence the firm's overall strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified accountant or tax advisor (e.g., ATT, CTA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Experience in personal tax with substantial experience at the senior management level.
  • Exceptional leadership, client management, and strategic thinking skills.
