About the Role:

This is a multifaceted position where you will contribute to the overall success of our finance division. As a key member, you will utilize your exceptional customer service skills and provide high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform various finance processes across all areas of accounting, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Reconcile bank accounts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Organize creditor invoicing, payments, and allocations in a timely manner.
  • Set up new employees in a payroll system to streamline operations.
  • Process payroll for weekly and fortnightly pay cycles with precision and attention to detail.
  • Assist with debtor management, including debt collection, report analysis, and statement generation.
  • Support claims and reimbursements with a focus on excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Minimum completion of Year 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite and Xero, MYOB, or similar accounting software.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude with a willingness to adapt to changing work practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and autonomously as needed.
