About the Service Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our high-performing workshop. Located on South Australia's west coast, we provide full Sales, Service, and Parts support for leading automotive and agricultural brands.

  • This role oversees daily operations of both the automotive and machinery service departments, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical and customer issues professionally and promptly, fostering trust with clients and staff.
  • Oversee scheduling, costing, warranty processes, and invoicing, driving efficiency and financial performance.
  • Collaborate closely with various teams, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

About You:

  • You will have extensive experience in a senior leadership role within a dealership or workshop, preferably in automotive or machinery service operations.
  • As a strong leader, you possess excellent people management skills, with a focus on team performance and exceptional customer service.
