Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our Harbour Town team. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, educating customers about our products, and contributing to a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Sales and Service: Meet or exceed sales targets, while providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and support each other in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a casual rotating roster and respond to changing priorities.

Requirements

  • Previous Retail Experience: Previous retail sales experience in a similar customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Product Knowledge: Previous sales experience, with the ability to educate customers about our products and how they can help achieve their fitness goals.
  • Physical Health and Wellbeing: An active interest in physical health and wellbeing, with a passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
