As a Domestic Assistant, you will support clients in their daily lives by performing domestic tasks and providing social support. This role is perfect for those who enjoy helping others and are comfortable working independently.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Supporting clients with daily living tasks such as making beds, ironing, laundry and cleaning
  • Undertaking domestic tasks such as dusting, vacuuming and mopping the floor
  • Providing social support to clients in the community
  • Following a predetermined schedule, travelling from home to home

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-6 months experience in domestic or industrial cleaning
  • A valid driver's license with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle
  • Ability to work autonomously in the community, referring to a digital schedule and care plan via a mobile app
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
