**Job Description:**As an Assessment Services Consultant, you will play a key role in our Apprentice Connect Provider division. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the delivery of Australian Apprentice Get Ready Check and Employer Get Ready Check, ensuring both employers and job seekers are set up for success. You will also provide essential pre-commencement advice and early education information to ensure the right supports are in place.**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Facilitate the delivery of Australian Apprentice Get Ready Check
  • Facilitate the delivery of Employer Get Ready Check
  • Liaise with internal and external support services
  • Contribute to increasing the commencement, retention, and completion rate of Australian Apprentices
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**You will be a positive, adaptable, and driven self-starter with a passion for providing excellent customer service and support. To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Experience in customer service, administration, recruitment, or employment services
  • Excellent phone manner, ability to analyze and follow guidelines, and proven capacity to meet targets
  • Passion for working collaboratively and consultatively with stakeholders
  • Experience influencing and negotiating within complex environments
  • Strong attention to detail and computer literacy across a range of programs
