About The Role

As a Banking Consultant in our Retail Banking team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and goals, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customers with a seamless banking experience by meeting their end-to-end financial needs.
  • Act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.

  • Support bank programs and initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer focus and retail experience.

  • Sound understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
