Job Title: Residential Cleanliness Specialist
About the Role:

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Residential Cleanliness Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and communal areas to the highest standard.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all areas under your care are clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times. This includes but is not limited to, cleaning and preparing guest rooms, communal areas, and other assigned spaces.

You will also be expected to work efficiently and effectively to manage your time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of quality in your work.

In addition to your cleaning responsibilities, you may be required to perform other duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the resort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms and communal areas to the highest standard
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Work efficiently and independently to manage time effectively
  • Perform other duties as required to support the operation of the resort
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a housekeeping role or similar environment
  • Able to work a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Current valid driver's license (dependent on specific requirements)
