Multimedia Storyteller

The Video Producer oversees the entire video production process, from scripting and planning to final delivery. This encompasses developing concepts, scripting, storyboarding, scheduling shoots, managing logistics, operating or directing camera and sound equipment, capturing high-quality footage, setting up microphones, recording clean dialogue and ambient sound, editing with software, adding transitions, titles, music, and effects, color correcting, performing basic visual effects, supervising assistants, exporting in correct formats, delivering via cloud, uploading strategies, captions, thumbnails for engagement, managing timelines, invoicing, budgets, and contractors, and maintaining/upgrade gear.

• Content Development:
  • Write scripts, shot lists, and storyboards;
• Pre-Production Planning:
  • Schedule shoots, locations, logistics, and secure permits;
• Equipment Operation:
  • Operate or direct camera, lighting, and sound;
• Audio Recording:
  • Direct talent and capture high-quality footage;
  • Set up microphones, record clean dialogue/ambient sound, and manage noise;
• Post-Production Editing:
  • Import and organize footage;
  • Edit with software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve), add transitions, titles, music, and effects;
• Color Correction and Visual Effects:
  • Color correct, perform basic VFX, and supervise assistants;
• Project Delivery:
  • Export in correct formats, deliver via cloud/USB/social media;
  • Upload strategies, captions, thumbnails for engagement;
• Project Management:
  • Manage timelines, invoicing, budgets, and contractors;
• Research and Development:
  • Maintain/upgrade gear and stay updated with industry trends;

• Bachelor Degree or higher in relevant field;
• At least one year of relevant experience;
