This is a unique opportunity to supplement and complement the work of our experienced Pastoral Care Coordinator. You will be actively involved with a local Christian church in the area and work under their direction to provide spiritual and emotional support to our clients.

  • Providing pastoral care to individuals and supporting them to meet their spiritual needs

As a volunteer, you will become part of a dedicated team that works together to improve the quality of life for people in need. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and our passion for delivering high-quality care services.

Your Impact

Your contributions as a Pastoral Care Volunteer will have a profound impact on the lives of our clients. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life, reduce feelings of isolation, and promote a sense of connection and community.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare
  • Available to commit to one hour per week for six months or longer
