Job Title: Security Systems Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of a Security Systems Technician. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, test, and commission low voltage/data communication systems including security, A/V, and wireless communication.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex system issues.
  • Provide accurate documentation for projects including system commissioning reports and test reports.
  • Communicate effectively with project management team and provide daily project status updates.
  • Summarize and report non-compliant attributes of a project or system.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 4-6 years' experience in installing and commissioning low voltage/data communication systems.
  • OSHA 10 certification.
  • MA State A-License (Master Electrician) or B-License (Journeyman).
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MA State D-License.
  • Industry or manufacturer certifications.
  • Firestop Certification.
  • Boom and scissor lift certification.
